Keeping plans with you might not seem like that big of a deal — for many people, that can seem like basic courtesy — but a girl who keeps plans usually likes the person she’ll be seeing. A girl is really, really into you if she makes drastic changes in her appearance just to please you. So if a girl that you like starts growing out her hair because you like girls with long hair, then there’s no denying that she definitely likes you back.
