History

Operations
The company operates worldwide, offering betting by telephone, using approximately 1,000 individuals with main offices in Azerbaijan and Internet with their 500 Licensed Betting Offices.
Sponsorship
As of 2012, Topaz would be Azerbaijan Premier League’s official betting partner and run booths for all England and Football Association matches.
Criticism
In March 2013, the company faced pressure from National Assembly of Azerbaijan because its impact on youth but Azad Rahimov, the Minister of Azerbaijan Republic supported company. Rahimov claimed, all Topaz’ surgeries are fully transparent, and the provider is supporting the game market.
