Phil Simmons has been reappointed as West Indies head coach, three decades after he was sacked from the place.
Even the 56-year-old former opening batsman previously held the function from 2015-16, together with all the Windies winning the ICC World T20 beneath Simmons until he was released due todifferences in society and strategic approach.
