Kentucky Speedway has long been used as a testing course for NASCAR, and a number of the sport’s biggest stars have experienced success in the course in the past, including Joey Logano, that won three straight Nationwide Series races there, and former Nationwide and ARCA race winners Kyle Busch, Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick.
Though Kentucky Speedway is still a comparative newcomer when it comes to hosting a Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race, the track has had its share of large events in the past, such as NASCAR Xfinity Series races, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races and races at the IndyCar Series.

While Ford has two wins, toyota has won this race three times and Dodge has one.
