Former Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker considers David Luiz could”learn from his errors in the pitch”, however, claims the centre-back is”comfortable” at the Emirates Stadium, after his move from Chelsea.

He added:”I believe we have a lack of balance at this time. Okay we’ve got strikers that are excellent, where you feel like but they also need to understand that we need to get a specific compactness.
“It is not only about us three (direct ) strikers providing an offensive threat. It’s about these three that are front as well, as being a device, resulting in the first frontline.
“Therefore I think we have to be careful of that. However much power you have , you want to have a sense of compactness that is defensive from everyone.
“So it is not just the back four who should be judged on how many goals we concede.”
