Marc Marquez wins sixth MotoGP title with Thailand victory

Marc Marquez has won his first time MotoGP world title – and his fourth in a row – on Sunday after victory in Thailand.
The 26-year-old, that had been taken to hospital after a crash in practice sealed his crown to spare.
The Spaniard had to win at least two points over closest rival Andrea Dovizioso – and did so the finished fourth.
Fabio Quartararo was next, using Maverick Vinales in third.
Frenchman Quartararo and Marquez passed on the previous corner of the final lap – but Marquez was able to retake the lead because of his 53rd MotoGP race triumph.
I had been going the weekend to get the race, not think about the championship, said Marquez.
My goal was to find the perfect approach to win on the raceand that is exactly what I did.
Amazing year. The team did an amazing job. Now it is time to enjoy and celebrate the title.
The next race will take place in Japan on 20.
