Oakland Raiders 24-16 Denver Broncos: Raiders recover after Brown drama

Derek Carr threw a touchdown pass to the opening drive of the season, rookie Josh Jacobs ran for two scores and also the Oakland Raiders reacted to a week by beating the Denver Broncos 24-16, enclosing former recipient Antonio Brown.

However, an odd foot accident, fight with all the NFL on his helmet, skipped practices, multiple finesand also a run-in with general manager Mike Mayock and odd social media articles ultimately resulted in the choice to release the game’s most successful receiver two days before the opener.
Brown and New England agreed to a deal just hours after being granted his desire to be released by Oakland on the Raiders and Saturday wasted little time proving they’d moved on.
They marched 75 yards and took the opening kick-off. Carr finished all five moves to four receivers, restricted by an eight-yard TD to Tyrell Williams.
Oakland added another score Jacobs capped a drive to make it 14-0. Jacobs scored again becoming the first Raider to operate for two TDs in his introduction.
