FA technical director Les Reed has confessed it might be a”tough ask” to stop Gareth Southgate out of leaving his job as England boss to combine a Premier League club.
Southgate has overseen a transformation as being promoted from his function the summer, resulting in England into the 2018 World Cup semi-finals along with the Nations League finals.

“Obviously it’s something which we have at the back of our heads all of the time but I know that Gareth’s motivation is with this particular group and developing this group moving ahead.”
