Jofra Archer cut from 50/1 into 16/1 to win SPOTY 2019

England seamer Jofra Archer had his chances on winning Sports Personality of the Year 2019, slashed, after a hot start to his maiden Ashes look.
The 24-year-old has consequently been on the receiving end of some spate of bets and has been the catalyst at Steve Smith that is unsettling in Lords.
Archer was cut from a to win the prize, into as short as 16/1 all of the way , with money continuing to pour in for the Sussex celebrity.
That is due to a flurry of bets during the last week, with 54 percent of all bets in the market backing the bowler.
With another Super Over hero in the shape of Ben Stokes favourite at 11/8, the England team has dominated the SPOTY marketplace, Adhering to the Cricket World Cup.
Consequently, Stokes has now leapt above previous favorites for SPOTY, Lewis Hamilton (7/1) and Raheem Sterling (11/1) at the peak of the market.
