Tammy Abraham says “this can be my season” after first Chelsea hat-trick

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has expressed his hope that”this can be my season” after his wonderful hat-trick at the 5-2 win .
Abraham’s treble on Saturday saw him surge to the peak of the Premier League scoring charts with seven targets, at which he was subsequently joined by the Sergio Aguero of Manchester City.
The 21-year-old, who had gone into the game with netted back-to-back doubles in the two matches, is trusting his fruitful run of form can assist him cement his position at the first group of Chelsea.
Abraham informed Chelsea’s official website:”I’ve been working hard and hopefully this is my first season. It is up to me to keep showing the gaffer (Frank Lampard) in every game and training session which I am starving and I want success.
“He informed me at half-time to keep on and find the hat-trick, and so I believed and stayed focused. I’ve only got to be prepared to take every chance that comes my way along with both hands. I’m working hard and I am just delighted to find that pay off along with my intentions [on Saturday] as well as the 3 factors.”
Abraham was one of a trio of Chelsea academy graduates for whom it had been a good day — the others being defender Fikayo Tomori along with Mason Mount.
England U21 Tomori opened the scoring in the 31st minute with a strike.
Abraham included:”I had been thinking’don’t take, Fikayo’ but everybody is thrilled for him. In training, it’s been trying and smashing on windows but [against pilots ] it paid off — it was a excellent strike.
“We (Abraham, Tomori and Mount) have been the last people off the pitch as we were discussing the way we’ve all scored in precisely exactly the exact same match for Chelsea. We have heard of this because we were little boys and we all made it happen.”
Chelsea boss Lampard heaped praise with the striker continued to repay his boss for his faith, on Abraham following the game.
He told Sky Sports:”Tammy is [searching the part] and that is function, having gone out ahead and scoring a great deal of goals in the Championship, acquiring a year at the Premier League and now I believe he feels that the duty of the Chelsea shirt as he should. “Chelsea are yanking off very exciting things this season. It’s entertaining to watch Chelsea. You find errors being made by them but correcting those mistakes.
“It’s a learning process for Chelsea along with the youthful players, however you see Abraham, he’s a great finisher. He’s good in the air, he is good with the ball at his feet and he has got a lot of pace. Mason Mount came from the federal group assured and that reflects on the club also. Chelsea are all exciting this season.”
